DL: 1x5 100, Im going to try some linear progression here. I would approximate my 1RM to 120.
Frontsquats: 3x5 47.5 no problems. I wanted to do back squats but the rack was under service so power cleaned and did front squats.
Press 3x5 35, nemas problemas
Today I also finally did some ATG overhead squats with what I think is decent form. Tried doing full snatches, that didnt go so well...
