Starting to eat in a mild surplus to start gaining strength and stop burning out. Trying out some calorie cycling, 4000 cals on training days and 3000-3200 cals on rest days. Hoping to gain no more then half a pound a week.
I havent been able to bring myself to eat 4000 calories in a day so I've been eating 3000 a day with 3500 2-3 times a week. Its working. I'm down to 208 and I'm setting PR's in my upper body lifts again.
