thats how im tackling RIpp's SStrength and its worked fine. I'm 5.5 months in and still have the upper four abs of a six pack. just fine by me as long as my poundages are still increasing on the linear. Drink water when you're thirsty. Eat real whole food when you're hungry. Sleep as much as you can. Done.

Aight, so heres what happened. I finished 3 weeks of 4 days a week pressing (smolov JR). During that time I felt I was recovering fine and never missed a rep. After resting 5 days after completing the final workout, I tried to retest my max only to find I had LOST a considerable amount of strength. What gives?

Your CNS is sluggish after 5 days off
