5,5,10x240lb Squat - 5lb PR
5x3x35 Snatch OTM - done instead of hills. felt super fast after the squat set. legs blew up.

doesn't mean I have to like them!
Little bit better today. Late start though, and I really had to work for the squats. Wasn't totally satisfied with form. I'd also like to bend over a little more on the rows and get a slower negative.

travelling tomorrow, so i went ahead and lifted. beautiful day outside. thinking about playing with Reeves deads over these english rows, have to think about it.
plyo pushups
Bench Press: 5,5,12x215lb - 5lb PR
NG Chinup: 8,8,8x30lb
RP Dips: 10/5/3x45lb
RP English Row: 12/5/3x250lb - same reps, but worked on that negative
G-Row//Cable Row//WG Pull Down Circuit: 8,8xwhatever
Hammer Curls//DB Overhead Ext: 10,10,10x35lb

Sumo Deadlift: 5,5x315lb - felt good, significantly more comfortable than conventional. I was good for 10 reps, but form was dissipating,
RP English Row:14/5/3x250lb - 2rep PR
RP Dips: 16/5/3x45lb - 2 Rep PR'
NG Chinups: 8,7,6,5xBW
