have your book and am still on the beginner program. I've cleaned 100(power clean), missed 110 at the last meet. 10 kilos was obviously too big a jump. Front squat is 5x5 at 235lb. best LBBS is 395lbX3 DL is 450 X 1, Flexibility is adequate I think, though constantly working on shoulder and ankle flexibility.
