New to CA...Which Cycle to choose???
I've been CrossFitting for almost 2 years now, and want to begin to focus more on honing my Olympic Lifting skills. I have worked with a great Oly coach a few times, but distance makes regular training with him intermittent at best.
I'm looking for a program that will help me to develop strength through the phases of the lifts with a focus on technique. I've taken a look through all the great training cycles in the archives, just looking for suggestions as far as which one to begin with.
I'm drawn to the Classic/Position Cycle.....
Any thoughts are appreciated.
