Big FS day! Had an older coach there that worked with me and gave me some tips and motivation.
FS: Up to 220x5x2, 225x5, 235x3 (all PR's!!), 185x5
DL: Worked to 5 doubles at 275.
About 20 mins of walking and running on treadmill.
