Default Pec strain

During my working sets on bench yesterday it felt like my right pec area just seized up. No popping noises and no discoloration of the area. Since yesterday it feels really tight/crampy feeling in the upper right "under area of the pec" not sure how else to describe it.

Hurts to flex the pec, hurts to do like a fly motion, pressing motion isn't too bad but its noticeable. Hurts to move my arm overhead as well.

Any ideas on how to proceed? Thanks.

Sounds like pec minor

Light mobility, light soft tissue work, light eccentrics

Focus on looseneing it up but don't aggravate it

Thanks, I'm unable to look at your webpage though, it's blocked where I'm at currently.
