Default dimensions for blocks

I found a guy who can make blocks for the facility where I work and we are in need of more blocks so I was wondering if anyone would be generous enough to share the dimensions so I can give them to the guy who will make them...

many thanks in advance

The dimensions and directions for building the ones we have here should be in there and some good tips in the comment section.

Hope this helps!

Are you talking about pulling blocks or jerk blocks? Our pulling blocks are essentially the same as the jerk blocks but scaled down - i think they're about 20x25" on the top surface.
