Really liked reading that. Should read that every morning.

Count your blessings. Life is temporary, but we aren't made of glass. And the last line was a nice way to end, "Put your mouthpiece in and keep your chin down and swing with malicious intent."

I'm glad you guys liked that one. He got at least one pretty nasty response in that spill.

These types of things are the only reason I go to that site anymore. Wendler, Dan John, Dave Tate, they all occasionally drop a gem over there.

Yes but how much far can he throw a softball?

His videos of lifting after a being in a wreck... WOW is all I can say.
