Default Eades Reviews The Great Cholesterol Con

Has anyone heard of this other Great Cholesterol Con, written by Dr. Malcom Kendrik? When I first read the title of the post, I was excited to see a review of Colpo's book, only to find that this guy Kendrik has written a book with the same titile:

Yeah, I've heard of him before. If you do a google search you will find some of his writing, all good stuff. He says that he didn't know about Colpo's book.

Dr. Kendrik is a member of The International Network of Cholesterol Skeptics. You can find a number of his essays here

Eades mentions the stress element of that story. Not to be a lights out shill, but that's pretty thoroughly covered there as well.

I think it's too late for that... everybody knows you're the Light Out pimp daddy.

Very good point, though. I've become convinced that proper rest and stress reduction are at least as important as diet & exercise.
