A couple of things then:
1) Block periodization is good for fighters. You need to decide which of your goals deserves more attention, then devote appropriate resources.
2) Fighters run. Can't remember which school it is in Thailand, but one of my coaches when I was still around said they woke up, hit 3 miles of roadwork, did the day's work and training, and then after a rest, finished with another 2 or 3 miles. minimum of 5 miles per day.
I wouldn't expect you or anyone else do fit this in, with a minimum of 25-30 miles per week, but it just highlights the need for a deep aerobic base, even for an anaerobic sport. If you want to be good and competitive beyond the school, this will have to be implemented at some point.
3) If you are doing it for fun, to be capable of taking care of yourself, and for the fitness, then don't muck it up any more than it has to be. Just lift when you're fresh, train when you can, and have fun.
And remember to stretch. And keep your chin down.
