yeah, a small weight cut of 5 lbs can be achieved by skipping breakfast and fluids the morning of the weigh in, plus a trip to the restroom and you're good. A quick PB&J, some 1/2 gatorade + 1/2 water, and you're good.
Just don't pack a lip full Cope to get yourself spitting to cut some water. I have a not very funny story of a weight cut out of solidarity involving Cope.
