Crossfit keeps saying tricep extensions and tricep kickbacks are not "functional movements or applicational to every day living"...
How else am I going to wipe my ass after taking a shit without doing a tricep extension or tricep kickback? THESE ARE FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS
Do I just asian squat and monkey scoop with both hands?
Now that I think about it, toilets aren't paleolithic either.

Calf raises ... according to crossfit not only do they cause rhabdo, apparently they're never used in walking, jumping, or running... Everyone knows running is non functional by the way

This thread is moving quickly at the moment so I'm a little behind but post BlackBoxgate (or whenever it was that Castro had his hissy fit) Robb Wolf singled out Nicole for criticism regarding her lack of credentials. Not sure if you were being sarcastic or not Andrew. She's always seemed like a decent person.
Meanwhile here is a fantastic young athlete who will sadly never be truly elite unless he tests himself at the Games:

Now that one is interesting. Didn't Kelley Starrett and a bunch of other people from his gym finish it that year using CFE?
