I think he's confusing over-training with over-reaching. 2 entirely different animals, and although on the same continuum (xfitters can relate to this since they understand the sickness, wellness, fitness continuum) they should not be confused when preaching to a choir of the uneducated general population. No one should EVER be encouraged to intentionally over-train, are you kidding me?
Also, Andrew - as for the query about the plagiarism, I still think it's your best find to date. NO ONE will ever answer that question, and probably a large reason GG dismisses the text claiming he tried to read it. "If the founder of fitness couldn't understand it, how could I? There obviously isn't anything worthwhile in there..."
Unfortunately not reading that text may be the biggest mistake and XF'er could ever make.
