Default Let's talk about Soviet training and Bulgarian training.

There's a new article for sale:

It is worth the three dollars, mainly because such information is a rare find...

If it is the one from last month's PM, it just compared Bulgarian philosophy to the Soviet's. It was an enjoyable read, but nothing really new. There were no training templates.

I do not know if the article is worth $3, but I have subscribed annually to the PM and will continue.
