pick your goal but IMO more muscle means a bigger engine so I don't understand why you wouldn't want to add more mass.

More muscle also needs to be fed with blood, oxygen etc.

Your goal is likely to be counter productive. You can test things to see how it goes, but I am guessing that you're not going to be happy with the results if you get to 6-7% bodyfat.

As a general rule, you will almost always perform better with more bodyfat on you than you would like to see in the mirror.

That is the one good piece of information I got from my Level 1 Cert.
