The logical end point of being obsessed with doing "more work" in less time. The idea of making a sport out of exercise isn't hugely exciting to me at the best of times, but when you don't even do the basic movements properly what's the point?

I imagine he is probably living in a shack somewhere, hair long and matted, clothes threadbare, his illusions shattered and his idols turned to dust.
