tailor's bunion/bunionette: treatment?

Jeff Yan Member Join Date: Dec 2007 Posts: 88	tailor's bunion/bunionette: treatment? Does anybody here know anything about tailor's bunion (bunionette) as well as any treatments? Do toe alignment splints have high success rates? Should I just go to a specialist? If I have to, I'd like to see someone who is in support of the whole barefoot/minimalist footwear thing. Any suggestions on how I might go about finding such a specialist? I'll take shoe recommendations too. Thanks!
