oooooooo shit 1,000 posts

Absolutely! Also, congrats on 1,000. Although I think of it as more like 10,000 considering the density of information in most of your posts. Absolutely remarkable work.

It took me literally 5 minutes after I watched it before it hit me, but that video literally sums up EVERYTHING the xfit has become. Absolutely PERFECTLY fitting video, I honestly can't stop cracking up after watching that awesome find I really think everyone should see that and just think about every question they've had about xfit, because that video answers EVERYTHING.

awkwardness aside, i don't understand the purpose of the sleeves. are they supposed to be those ones that keep your elbow warm? don't basketball players wear those for no reason now?

Which is more than I am benching right now, sad to say. And he is doing it at a bw of 180 lbs.
And if all they had was bumpers so be it, I'm guessing that for consistency some affiliates might only buy rubber. I guess I've seen too many pictures of some xfitter doing an OHS with those fat 10 lb trainers stacked on each side like so many lifesavers that it drives me a tad crazy.

I'm guessing that some fallacies would be so convoluted that at least one of them would be named "Glassman's fallacy."
