Flexbands???

Tony Ferous Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Sydney, Australia Posts: 220	Flexbands??? Hi foks, Has anyone used these Flexbands? I figure it might be good for maintenance training when on vacation as it should be light to lug around or for quick workouts when i cant get to the gym. http://www.flexbandonline.com/aboutsizesfit.htm Ross Enamait noted it in his blog.. http://rosstraining.com/blog/ Thanks!
