I just finished day 3 of the programming in the Olympic Weightlifting book by Greg and team. First of all I absolutely love it. I'm a typical Crossfitter looking to mix things up a little since I've been flat for the last month or so. I know most people on here are anti chronic cardio which I may or may not be running into. Regardless, I'm making a change to this program for at least 4 weeks and cutting my Crossfit down to 1 or 2 days a week. My starting numbers, if that matters: 365lbs back squat, 315lbs front squat, 195lbs split snatch, 275lbs power clean (255lbs squat clean, yeah, don't ask
), deadlift 510lbs. I'll be checking back in several weeks from now with any new numbers assuming I make a run at any new PRs. I will admit, the programming didn't look that tough on paper but it is quite taxing. Looking forward to my day off and my new friend the ice bath.
