choosing weightlifting shoe size
im a bout to choose a pair of weightlifting shoes
in the past when i have bought shoes for throwing and sprints i have goe a size or even 1.5 sizes smaller than my normal shoe size for a glove like fit
However im unsure whether that the right thing to do for weightlifting shoes when lifting cleans snatches etc
how much room do i need at the front of shoe between my toe and the end?
