It's depressing. I usually don't click over to links to there but this time I did.

I think when they mean Crossfit, they mean circuit training, high rep weightlifting, intensive electrical shock convulsion pullups.

My point is that the above workout was on the Mainsite today. Is one disallowed from doing Deadlift sets of 2 with 60 sec rest in between?

If you can't do one, then you would be allowed to do the other. What is the difference?

If there is not the appropriate equipment for Oly lifts and they have had issues with dropping equipment, etc then state "Do not drop bars" or "Use bumper plates for overhead movements".
