Hit PR's of 220 and 225 after this. I Smoked 225! I had 230 locked over head but caught it with soft elbows so no lift. I feel that I will have a mid 230's very soon.
Really nice. The main thing I would work on is speeding up your transition at the top - your positions are good, your speed is good, but there is a slight delay between your extension at the top and your movement under the bar. Get the timing of that better and you will add a significant amount of weight to the lift.
