Leg Length Descrepency
Long time triathlete getting into lifting (i.e., tired of being skinny fat). I have a 1/2 cm leg length discrepancy (broken leg caused tibia to grow slightly shorter) that caused a lot of knee issues when running. Went to chiropractor and through PT for strengthening the stabilizer muscles around the knee. The Chrio wanted me to get custom orthotics but my PT guy found out a $10 cork heel lift stabilized me pretty well.
So, moving from running to the classic lifts would you recommend that I use the heel lift to equal out the hips? I haven't noticed any pain without the heel lift but as a newbie I also haven't put up a lot of weight.
