Snatch - 187 x 1, 197 x 1, 207 x 1, 212 x 1, miss 217, 217 x 1, missed 220 three times.
Clean Pull - worked up to 352 x 3

I feel like my technique came back to life today for some reason. For the past week it was so painful to grab the bar and probably why my elbows were bending during the lifts because of compensating for the weak hands.
