Charlie Vassallo New Member Join Date: Jan 2011 Posts: 36	Program Questions Just a quick question. When the program asks for 3RM for a lift such as Clean, as these touch and go, or finish the lift, drop weight and reset and go. Just want to make sure I'm testing properly. Thanks
