256KG ATG Squat @87kg/18yrs
Video of 18 year old Irish weightlifter Clarence Kennedy squatting 265kg. That's 5kg short of a triple body weight squat.

Manel-
I've seen a lot of people find success with Starting Strength programming. Take a look at it.

I have recently read the book Olympic Weightlifting A COmplete Guide for Athletes and Coaches, but I find it really difficult to decide on which programme to begin.Have you read the book yourself. If you have coould you please tell me which programme I should choose to start practicing olympic weight lifting.
My squat is 70 kg, front squat 60kg, clean and jerk 48kg and snach 34kg.
My body weight is 58 kg.
Thanks a lot.

I have Greg's book and I use it a lot as a reference for technique and skill work. But, for my programming I follow the workouts on this site and have found a lot of success...not to mention this forum is going to help you a ton. If you're just looking for the squat, I still recommend the Starting Strength program. If you want olympic lifting too you can do Greg's programming here. Or you could try doing the programmed oly lifts found here and stick with starting strength for the power lifts--that'll keep you busy. There's really a number of ways to go about this and it all depends on your goals.

Chad, thank you very much for your answer. Only a question, when you say Starting Strength program, you talk about a specific "Starting Strength program", when can I find it?
Thanks a lot, and sorry for my ignorance.
