I was hoping you guys could help me out with this. I've been practicing the lifts for about 2 years now and feel that my lifts are half decent at this point as far as technique goes.
My current lift are 210lb for the snatch, 270lb for the clean and jerk, 285lb front squat, and 350lb back squat.
I've been looking at the training cycles on this website and I'm not sure which one would be the best for me. I'm looking to increase my front and back squatting and pulling strength while improving my technique for the classic lifts.
Also, is there anything I should be doing different in terms of my technique as far the lifts go? Here is a video of both the snatch and clean and jerk at 195lb and 255lbs.
Any criticism would be greatly appreciated.
