Where should I start?
I'm new and as the title says, I'm not sure where to start. I come from doing Crossfit since 2007 off and on. I'm looking to do different programming that includes more lifts. Doing Crossfit main page for so long, I wasn't getting strong enough to do the WOD's as rxed. I'd like to improve my lift technique and get stronger with shorter metcons. Can this programing help with this? If so, do I start with the beginner program or jump right into the daily workouts? Thanks for the suggestions.
