Default Hand Injury

I've spent some time searching for this and can't seem to come up with an answer. About 6 weeks ago I missed reracking a heavy snatch balance on my traps. The bar basically went off the back of my shoulders which resulted in extreme radial deviation of both wrists. It hurt pretty bad when it happened but now the pain has continued over the last 6 weeks.

It especially hurts when receiving a snatch. It feels like the carpals and metacarpals are hurting possibly in both the bones and joints. I wear wrist wraps but that doesn't seem to help too much since the pain isn't focused in the wrist.

I eat a solid paleo diet and have tried soft tissue work in the forearms which helps slightly. A good dose of Ibuprofen seemed to help somewhat, especially allowing me to train. I have only done this once though. I have also bathed my hands in ice once and that only slightly helped.

Over the 6 weeks I've increased my fish oil and vit D without much relief. I'm not quite sure where to go from here. Help!
