Default Advice on how to fully extend in the hips

Hi catalyst board
First of all, sorry for the bad english, its not my language.
What i need help with, is what can i do to better extend the hips, under both snatch and CNJ. when i see my self, i allways have a minor bend. what can i do to improve that?
