Trying to get some feedback on my current (new lifestyle...that what eating is right??? Don't want to say diet...lol)
Is this too much...not enough.
I'm pretty active and I'm at 195lbs right now...

Started my fast at 2000 (8pm) last night
Broke at 11:00 today w/ bcaa pre workout
Started feed @ 1300 (training went from 11:40-1250)
1st meal
oatmeal w/ 20g protein + 1cup grapes + 2 scoops peanut butter
2nd meal
Chicken Breast w/ peanut butter sandwich + apple
3rd meal
3 whole egg omlete w/ ham/cheese + 3 strips bacon + 2 slices toast w/ peanutButter + pickle
4th meal
protein shake w/ granola bar
Last meal at 1950 (7:50pm)
Is this good to go???
