Selecting a Training Program
I ran the Basic Rep Scheme through a few times.
Helped my Clean and my Clean and Jerk. My snatch, is still suffering.
I know my issue is my shoulder and lack of any technique so I am wondering what program I should run next and need some help.
I'd like to be able to maintain my strength, but improve on the Snatch if that's possible.
I just recently joined a box again and figured that I should be doing a lot of hang to mid thigh to below knee style snatches to really focus on the second pull and full extension. Working from the top down? Is this correct in any sense?
So what program would help me reach my goals of improving the snatch.
