Just hoping for some good critiques on my lifts.
Greg, you actually sent me some really good notes about a year ago and I've been working hard at making the corrections and cleaning up my movements. Used to jump way forward on both lifts with no contact to the bar. Theses videos are both misses ( I hit the snatch right after this but didn't film it). I trimmed them to just show the pulls and the move under the bar. Need to work on leg strength to hit these weights consistently.
So any and all help is greatly appreciated.
