Default Basic Strength Standards Chart

Is there a strength reference chart for weightlifting? I have seen Mark Rippetoe's chart on the Starting Strength site and I've used it as reference for Presses, Squats and Deadlifts.
I understand that progress in the Olympic Lifts involves a great deal of technique development but I am wondering if said chart would be helpful in determining when to implement certain cycles.
