Looking for some advice on these two. Weight on both is 205#
I feel like the power clean was pretty solid. I think I can/should get a little more extension though. The jerk was really sketchy.
The squat clean is a mess. No extension at all. Caught it too high and rode it down into the hole. The jerk was pretty solid though I think.
Ive been power cleaning EVERYTHING up until this point but Im obviously going to need to start squatting if I plan on putting more weight on the bar. My max pc is 260 and front squat is 275 right now.
Some input would be great.
