Default Critique please

My technique is still really poor, pulling the weight too high and losing lots of kg's, critique would be really appreciated.

Thanks

I don't have much to say on the clean, looks pretty good to me.

On the jerk, you're driving it out front on the first miss, on the second you cut the extension. Focus on heavier practice and work on getting extension while driving straight up.

Thanks Keith,

Yeah jerks are letting me down a lot, really need to get more extension now you mentioned it, heavier practice is that off the rack??
Thanks again

Jordon, I think the 160kg jerk was the best!!

On the 150kg, you looked like you pushed yourself away (back) from the bar. I've noticed that I do the same thing.

As to practice, I would do them from the rack, probably somewhere aroun 80-90% for singles and doubles, really focusing on straight up and down, and getting full extension on the lift.
