Snatch PR and 1RM on HBBS
I read a quote from Dan John regarding Ft Squats and Cleans. I could not find it again so I will paraphrase: You can only consistently Clean the weight you can squat three times.
Based on my experience with my gym buddies, it seems that most of us plateau on the Snatch around 50% of our HBBS 1RM.
Is there anything to this theory? Is it purely coincidental and I am reading too much into it?
You all's thoughts woluld be appreciate it.
