very strong...the technique in the snatch needs of cause a little bit work, but the clean and jerk is quite solid in my opinion.
how much do you squat, front and back?
No, I can get into a fairly deep snatch position but I tend to power snatch heavier weights. I'm currently on Greg's 12 week positional cycle to try to combat this bad habit. I'm wearing the Rogue Do-Wins. Thanks.
