Power clean +3 front squat- 155x20. First 10 included a jerk, last 6 had a pause on the last front squat of the set.

Halt cl DL- 135x5x5

Cl high pulls- 175x5x5

First workout in a week due to an inflammation in my small intestine that caused sever lower back/sciatic pain.
