Mate and coffee both make me crazy, black tea a little less so. I save them for emergencies. I can do green tea and even puer (though I usually cut it with ginger or jasmine or something). Somehow the caffeine in chocolate never seems to affect me.
Oh, speaking of chocolate, I've been reading articles on chocolate and neurotransmitter symptoms (such as http://www.chocolate.org/chocolate.pdf among others) and I'm trying to figure out which chemical component exactly I'm addicted to. Here's another good one: http://www.chocolate.org/pea.htm
Does anyone know any good non-chocolate sources of phenylethylamine or theobromine? Or maybe it's the tetrahydro-beta-carbolines? Something...
If anyone's got any chocolate knowledge, please share.
Here's some on chocolate addiction: http://www.chocolate.org/addiction.html

That's quitter talk! You can do anything you put your mind to.
Now get out there and make yourself some CRACK!
You could also take up Meth cooking. Apparently it is only slightly explosive.

Nice link Yael.
Categorize that as one of the few anti-drug campaigns I have ever seen that actually seems effective.

Jeremy-
We need to start a business in motivational speaking and business development. You talk people INTO making drugs and I use my chemistry background to teach them how. Set it up in some kind of Multilevel Marketing format...get Dan in on it to cover our tracks. We could retire young and rich! Or go out like scarface
