Thursday April 11th

Seated Barbell Press

I'm going to renew my gym membership and hit up a hypertrophy oriented day on Thursdays. I'm tired of front squatting.

I woke up feeling like I had gotten in a fight while sleeping, feels like I pulled a lat hard. Not sure what that's about.
