Default wrist pain in rack

I've always had issue with my wrist getting sore during pressing movements but this is different. I currently use those heavy duty, powerlifting type wrist wraps for presses which helps a lot(usually pain free) but these wraps seem to do nothing while in the rack position for extended periods(front squats). I tried boxing hand wraps and those seemed to help quite a bit. The pain is in the back of my wrist and I'm wondering what kind of stretches/massage I can do to help this.

I currently use those high quality, power lifting kind side parcels for clicks which allows a lot(usually discomfort free) but these parcels seem to do nothing while in the holder place for prolonged periods(front squats). I tried punching side parcels and those seemed to help quite a bit.

Don't laugh, but heavy wrist curls. I had to do them as part of my PT rehab when I tore my radial collateral ligament and bruised the hell out of my wrist. They make a difference for me for sure.

I managed to lessen the issue by doing lots of cleans and fronts squats plus I bought some Strength Wraps because my elastic powerlifting wraps didn't allow full ROM.
