Finally got over a hurdle that's been plaguing me for almost 4 months yesterday, the 200# mark. I hit 91kg (201) and then 93 (205). I'm posting both b/c I think the 201 is a better lift, something about the 3 bumper plates had me a little scared on the second lift so the catch was shakier.
Despite my best efforts it still looks like I might not be extending my hips enough before going under. Also I look like I'm moving in slow motion under the bar so that's something I'll have to continually work on.
