First Meet This Saturday
I have my first weightlifting meet this Saturday and I could use some guidance since I won't have a coach there. I already have the butterflies. Are there any good threads or blog posts that would help me out?
Most of all I'm not sure how to plan my lifts and how or if I change my plan if I miss a lift.
I've never actually looked over the USAW rules so is there anything, as a new lifter, that I should be aware of?
I have read over the Bob Tanaka etiquete article.
FWIW, I'm 34, 178lbs, 84kg snatch, 100kg c&j. I'm hoping to get some video of the event so I can post it here and get some feedback.
