Thursday May 30th

Front Squat
230x3,2,1,3,2,1,3,2,1

4 weeks away from that juicy PR. I really wonder what it means that when I was fat I could squat 410+, with a front squat PR of 275x3, and now while 70 pounds lighter I can squat ~300 but still front squat 250-260. Was I getting a huge mechanical advantage from the extra weight + the belt?

Easing back on the food, I've added more meat to my diet and jumped up to 182.

Friday May 31st

Deadlift TnG
415x1
365x11

I'm going to keep trying to hit rep PR's with 365 after a heavy single. Came so close to having 365 slip out of my hands even with straps.

Holy shit, 25 bucks to get your picture displayed in space. Click it, you know you want to.

Saturday June 1st

Bench Press
240x3

I took a video of this set, and wow, I had no idea I was bridging that much. An easy 5 inches off the bench, and at least 20 pounds to my max. I think I'll continue though, try and get to 260x1 before straightening up my form. I don't think my upper arms broke parallel though, geez.

Sunday June 2nd

Weighted Chin Up
50x3,2,1,3,2,1,3,2,1

I'm going to take a 5 pound jump next workout and probably the one after that, this was easy. I think I almost always start too light, 6 weeks to get to PR levels seems too long. 4 weeks seems like a better time frame.

Unloaded BB Curl - 100 Reps
1x30
2x20
2x15

I have a good feeling about this. Crazy pump, it almost looks like I lift weights.

Monday June 3rd

Squats
130x10
140x10
150x10
160x10
170x10
180x10
190x10
200x10
210x10
220x10

The first 6 sets feel more like warm ups than anything, but I'm going to be patient. I think this routine will be a nightmare in a month or two,

Fook it, I'm not going to keep doing shitty form benching. Resetting to 195/215.

Thursday June 6th

Front Squat
232.5x3,2,1,3,2,1,3,2,1

Last set of 2 was kind of rough, but the first 7 sets went up pretty easy. I think it's because I hit the safeties on rep 1.

Friday June 7th

Deadlift
315x15x1

1 minutes rest. Felt good to pull 315 from the floor like it was nothing.
