Hello all! I've recently started Greg's Intermediate Program 1 from the Olympic Weightlifting 2nd ed book and so far so good. I really enjoy the progressive nature of it but i'm coming on my first unloading week and i was a little curious. Everything is 90% of last week but i want to be sure which lift i should be taking 90% of. When it says "Squat" am i doing 90% of which ever squat i did on Mon, Wed, or the heavy single i did on Friday? Same with "deadlift", is it clean or snatch, or just whichever i did on that day the previous week before i decided to deload? Sorry if i'm overanalyzing it but i just want to make sure i'm understanding this right.
