James Davison New Member Join Date: Apr 2013 Posts: 7	I suffered the same injury about 10 years ago in a work related accident. My lower bicep was torn completely off of the bone. I had surgery the next day. I am 55 years old and competed back in the 1970's when I was in high school. __________________ Cary Personal Training
